The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko is now in the General Prosecutor’s Office in order to present new General Prosecutor Viktor Shemchuk, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
The PR estimates Yushchenko’s arrival to the General Prosecutor’s Office as direct violation of agreements on not interference into work of law-enforcement and judicial bodies of power, reached on May 27 with PM Viktor Yanukovych and the speaker Olexander Moroz.
