Ukraine's President Viktor Yushchenko has offered sympathy to Vladimir Putin the President of Russia over today’s methane blast at the Ybileynaya coal mine in Siberia’s Kemerovo region.
“On behalf of the Ukrainian people…, I extend my heartfelt condolences… to the families of the victims and the Russian people,” he wrote in a telegram, according to president's press office.
