The judge of the CCU Stepan Havrysh foresees that the court will have made a decision concerning constitutionality of the President’s decrees on April 2 and 26 on VRU dissolution by Friday, May 18. “There is information that the CCU has already drafts decisions and can bring its verdict in two days,” Havrysh said.
CCU has already appointed judge-reporter on case on constitutionality of the Presidnet’s decrees – Maria Markush delegated by CPU.
