Under current political conditions the parliament should self-dissolve. The ex President Leonid Kravchuk told today during open public sitting “Through overcoming political crisis to stable development of Ukraine”.
He noted the President had no grounds for VRU dissolution. “There are no reasons for parliament dissolution. What about any reasons for early elections it is necessary to think,” he said.
He is sure, that in accordance with the article 90 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the VRU must work until the new parliament is elected. Now the problem is in power blocking. The parliament can’t work under such conditions. There is only one way out: the parliament should make a decision on early elections,” he said.
Kravchuk opines the President had no grounds to dissolve the VRU. “It is necessary to concentrate on this question as all other is husk, philosophy in its worst measuring,” he noted.
