Borys Tarasyuk continues to fulfill the duties of the Head of Foreign Ministry of Ukraine. It is defined by decree of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko of December 5, published on the official site of the Head of the State.
Shevchenkovsky court of Kyiv has suspended today the Verkhovna Rada decision on dismissal of Borys Tarasyuk from the post of the Foreign Minister of Ukraine.
The appeal against the dismissal was submitted by Tarasyuk immediately after he had received the official resolution of the VR. “In my appeal I stated that the VR decision is absolutely illegal and is subjected to cancellation,” he told a press conference in Kyiv.
