The Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine adjusted a credit draft contract, “Cabinet’s press office” reported. The national joint-stock company "Naftogaz Ukrainy" plans to make this contract with the bank Credit Suisse International (Great Britain) for the sum of 550 mln USD for 5 years.
According to conditions of the agreed contract the credit sum will be obtained in two transfers: 350 mln and 200 mln USD; the latter sum is given additionally by the borrower's request.
Interest rate is 3-month LIBOR in dollars + 3.5%; commission for the credit organization - not more than 1.5% of the received credit sum, term of usage - 5 years, at that the repayment of credit should be carried out in three transfers.
