Council of Europe Gen Sec Terry Davis considers it impossible for him to interfere within Ukrainian internal affairs. He revealed it Monday at a press conference.
“I am not a player, I am an observer,” stressed Mr Davis.
Responding to the question about the EU attitude towards confrontation between Yushchenko’s and Yanukovych’s team, EC Sec Gen said: “Such conflicts and confrontations exist in every democratic country, “even between team’s members aiming at achieving the same goal.” As an example, he pointed at France and the Great Britain.
