Luhansk Governor Oleksandr Antypov denies misappropriation of funds allotted for recovery works in the housing and communal services.
According to the sources of information, a working group of the Control Revision Department of Ukraine (KRU) and Ukraine’s Finance Ministry has not completed the investigation of the case yet however, a misappropriation of UAH 600,000 has been already disclosed.
“It is just a result of several efforts to launch the central heating of the houses as it failed to get started initially,” said Governor Antypov.
