The United States of America are ready to render Ukraine assistance in solving questions with Russia concerning supplies of natural gas, as US Ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor told journalists after an opening ceremony of the Kiev Voluntary Counseling and Testing Center for HIV/AIDS.
“The issue under discussion between Ukraine and Russia must be settled by Ukraine. If Ukraine asks us for help, we will render our assistance with pleasure. If not – we would be glad to take the part of observers,” the Ambassador said.
