The SPU leader reminded that after the changes in Constitution had come in the parliament was authorized to form the Cabinet of Ministers and to control its work. “That’s why chairmen of the committees are elements of the power. If the coalition gives the half of the committees to the opposition, it will mean that we give the half of the power in the parliament to the opposition,” Moroz said.
According to Moroz, it breaks the model of the power and “it cannot be tolerated.”
