Each of GUAM countries will pay about $40,000 annual fees for the activity of newly formed agency “The Organisation for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM.” The resolution on its foundation was passed at the GUAM Summit in Kyiv. Kostyantyn Tymoshenko, the Head of the Chief Foreign Policy Service attached to the President’s Secretariat has revealed at today briefing.
He stresses that this sum has been thoroughly calculated and would not be burdensome for Ukraine’s budget.
