The Cabinet of Ukraine approved of the national Chernobyl program. It regulates the Chernobyl nuclear plant closing and transformation of the Shelter into the ecologically clear system. The project is worked out by Emergency Minister Victor Baloha.
The draft program provides for the changes into the law on general principles of the Chernobyl APP exploitation and transformation of the Shelter. The existing law provides for elaboration and the approval of two separate national programs.
Baloha’s project must be a basic document for creation ecologically safe system in Chernobyl.
