The voters list of Ukraine’s citizens living abroad includes 48,992 Ukrainians in Russia, Deputy Foreign Minister Valentyn Nalivaychenko told in the press conference.
There will be several election centres working in Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersbourg, Rostov-on-Don and Tumen), Moldova (Beltsy) and Portugal (Porto).
According to him,there is no possibility of repeating surnames in the foreign voters list. This list must be finally approved by the Central Election Committee.
Deputy Minister told the list consists Ukrainians legally and illegally working abroad. “The key criteria for us is the presence of Ukraine’s passport,” stressed Nalivaychenko.
