The General Investigation Department of Ukrainian General Office of Public Prosecutor brought an action against the deputy chief of Security Service of Ukraine(SSU), Vladimir Satsyuk.
The action is brought according to article 364, part 3 (abuse of authority), article 366, part 2 (official forgery caused the severe consequences) and article 58, part 3 (use of the fake document) of Ukrainian Criminal Code.
The corresponding agencies passed the resolution on brining Satsyuk to trial according to articles mentioned above. They also made the representation on applying custody as the measure of restriction for Satsyuk and received the warrant to apprehend him, "Liga" reported.
For now Satsyuk is under official retrieval of SSU.
We remind that Satsyuk appeared in the investigation of Yushchenko’s intoxication in September, 2004.
However, on June 9, the International Bureau of Interpol reported that the Ukrainian General Office of Public Prosecutor’s appeal has not been received yet.
