Organization "Pora" is acknowledged as a political party

Ukrainian Ministry of Justice registered the civel organization "Pora" as a political party,  the press service of Ministry of Justice reported.

"Pora" is the 127th political party existed in Ukraine for now. Mikhail Plotnikov is the leader of the party, "Novosti.dn.ua" reported.

We remind that Ukrainian Ministry of Justice rejected the registration appeal of "Pora" party because of the violation of law "About the political parties." The ministry questioned the authenticity of citizens’ signatures collected for the formation of the party.

"Pora" stated there that in any case it would take part in the parliamentary elections-2006.

We remind also that the minister of justice, Roman Zvarych, suggested appealing the decision of Ministry of Justice in order to register post factum till March 25, 2005. This is the only way for civil organization "Pora" to take part in the parliamentary elections-2006.
