Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine invited the ex-prime minister of Ukraine, ex- presidential contender, the leader of Party of Regions, Victor Yanukovich, to give testimonies. The press-service of Ministry reported about it.
According to the article 11, part 3 (about rights of police officials) of Act of Ukraine "About police", Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine invites Victor Yanukovich to the MIA Kiev Department on fight with organized crime for giving testimonies concerning the criminal action, brought according to the article 210, part 2 and the article 211, part 2 of Criminal Code of Ukraine on the fact of illegal decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 about delivery of 4.8 million UAH to Donetsk regional state administration for purchase of special equipment for International airport "Donetsk".
International airport "Donetsk" is the municipal ownership of Donetsk regional council.
