The chairman of European Commission Jose Manuel Barrozu declares that the question about Ukraine’s and Georgia’s joining European Union is not under consideration.
"We are interested in intensification of relationships with these countries. These countries are undoubtedly European one, but the question of their joining EU is not included into agenda," he said.
We remind, on May 3 the Commissar of European commission on foreign relations and policy of European neighborhood, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, said that Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia should abstain from submitting their applications to join EU in order to avoid refusal.
