The passenger bus with 59 Ukrainians overturned in Romania, Foreign Ministry of Ukraine spokesman Oleksandr Dikusarov told ForUm correspondent.
"The accident occurred in the county of Braila near Meksini settlement. The bus ran off road and overturned," he said.
According to Dikusarov, as a result of the accident, six Ukrainian citizens were injured. "The injured were quickly delivered to hospital," he added.
According to the Foreign Ministry, it is not the first such case to the Ukrainians in Romania.
"The routes of bus tours to Bulgaria and other Balkan countries lie through this country. In June of this year, in the district of Suceava (northern Romania), bus with 26 citizens of Ukraine overturned. 19 of them were injured and one woman was killed," Dikusarov informed.
