Yefremov: Parliament to come eventually to personal vote of MPs

Leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov supports an introduction of deputies’ liability for non-personal vote, he told a briefing in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.

However, Yefremov considers a proposal of MPs of the Verkhovna Rada Mykola Martynenko, Iryna Herashchenko and Olha Bodnar to tighten the rules of voting at the plenary sessions of the Parliament to be absurd and ridiculous.

In addition, according to him, it is necessary to introduce penalties for MPs, who like to miss the voting, in case of the adoption of the bill.
