
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry canceled his visit to Ukraine to participate in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe ministerial meeting on December 5-6.
This was informed by the U.S. Department of State spokeswoman Jen Psaki.
"Secretary Kerry, due to scheduling issues, will not be attending the OSCE [meeting] in Ukraine. We will be represented by Assistant Secretary Victoria Nuland," Psaki said.
She noted that there are no other reasons for cancelling the visit .
