MP, former speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn says the blocking of the Parliament and frequent brawls between parties is the struggle for influence in the Parliament.
"In these days can decide who will "be in the driving seat" in the Parliament - the opposition or informal majority. However, our state suffers from this tug of war," he said.
Lytvyn considers inadmissible constant brawls in the Parliament.
