April 13, SPU, BYuT and OU inked the Protocol on the Coalition of the Democratic Forces.
“The participants have agreed on structure of the coalition agreement. It will consist of three sections: the program activity of coalition, the coalition regulations and the division of the responsibility between the participants of the coalition,” Timoshenko quoted from the Protocol.
The Protocol is based upon the principals of the Coalition Memorandum. It also regulates the procedure of draft agreement adoption.
“I am happy it has been finally done,” said Timoshenko.
