The campaign for holding by-elections of people's deputies in single-member constituencies # 94, 132, 194, 197 and 223 on December 15 has started today in Ukraine.
Submission of documents to the CEC for registration of candidates, in accordance with the law, shall start from the first day of the election process and ends 30 days before voting day (October 16 to November 14).
The CEC shall adopt decision to register a candidate or refuse registration not later than on the fifth day following the date of acceptance of the documents for registration.
The certificate of a candidate with a copy of the decision to register a candidate shall be issued within in a three-day period from the date of the decision on registration of a candidate.
