Полярному медвежонку выбрали имя
Немецкого полярного медвежонка, отлученного от матери из опасений за его жизнь, решили назвать Снежинка. После того как 11 января был открыт официальный сайт зверька, со всего мира поступило более 50 тысяч предложений с кличками для него, из которых специально созданный совет выбрал самое подходящее.
В совет вошли 11 человек, среди них представители администрации Нюрнберга, городского совета и Нюрнбергского зоопарка, в котором содержится медвежонок. Председателем был выбран мэр города Ульрих Мали.
Нюрнбергские власти уже зарегистрировали именную торговую марку медвежонка. Кроме того, по сообщениям на официальном сайте Снежинки, администрация города разрабатывает логотип медвежонка и планирует выпускать под маркой его имени различные товары – рюкзаки, зонты, кружки, постельное белье, календари, открытки, одежду, игрушки, настольные игры, сладости и прочее, сообщает «Лента.ру» .
Напомним, что год назад в Берлинском зоопарке произошла похожая история. Белая медведица отказалась от своего детеныша, и медвежонок, получивший имя Кнут, был усыновлен министром охраны окружающей среды Германии Зигмаром Габриэлем. У Кнута с тех пор появились есть свой блог и телешоу. Как предполагает немецкий таблоид Bild, Снежинка может в будущем стать фрау Кнут.
