Right-wing groups preparing terrorist act, Zakharchenko says

The Interior Ministry of Ukraine has operational information on preparation of a terrorist act by right-wing groups.

"Right-wing radical groups plan to shatter the peace again and will not stop even before the terrorist act. This is evidenced by our operational information, and recent developments in the House of Trade Unions, where the explosion occurred. The incident might have happened during making an explosive device," statement of the acting minister, published on the Ministry’s website, reads.

Zaharchenko suggested that "the wrongdoers try to overshadow the opening of the Winter Olympics in Sochi and to draw attention to themselves and their needs".

"Those, who are planning criminal acts, must remember that the law enforcements have enough opportunities to find them and bring to justice," he says.
