A certain progress is observed in negotiations among faction leaders and parliamentary leadership.

"I do not want to disclose and make some statements, but we have outlined a path that would allow us to get out of the situation ... we began to move forward," representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, MP Yuri Miroshnichenko said on the air of "Channel 5" on Tuesday evening.

According to the MP, opposition has responsible attitude to the talks.
"I want to note that our colleagues from the opposition are also responsible in this dialogue. They not blackmail, they do not leave the negotiating process. As well as members of the majority, they try to find a legal way to solve this problem," Miroshnichenko said.

Representative of the President in Parliament also noted that the revival of people's trust in the power of parliament can be achieved "through a clear implementation of arrangements".

As reported, on Tuesday leaders of factions and parliamentary leadership continued consultations on the issue of returning to the Constitution of 2004.
