Verkhovna Rada chairman Volodymyr Rybak closed the evening sitting of the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to the speaker, at this point, leaders of factions have not developed any law or regulation, which MPs could vote on.
"Negotiations among factions’ leaders will continue at 6 pm. By tomorrow morning, 10 am, you need to develop at least something to vote on," Rybak said.
