Ukraine can not be considered independent and sovereign state until it finds a way out of a conflict situation, leader of the Party of Regions Oleksandr Yefremov said, speaking from the parliamentary rostrum, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We are proud to have the independent and sovereign state. However, today we are not sovereign and independent, as we are not able to make a decision and to overcome the current challenges by our own," he said.
He also noted that some European politicians climb up the ladder, making statements on situation in Ukraine.
In addition, Yefremov said that the Parliament turns into a "fight club".
"I would hope that the next session will be a turning point, and we will not allow the implementation of a catastrophic scenario by provocateurs. Realizing the responsibility for the fate of the country, the President made unprecedented compromises declaring readiness to adopt the Law "On Amnesty", amend the Constitution, etc." the head of the faction recalled.
