Deputy Kyiv mayor and Kyiv City Council secretary Halyna Hereha opened 13 session of the Kyiv City Council of the VI convocation, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to her, 77 deputies registered in the hall, this number is enough for a quorum.
After the meeting, Hereha’s briefing will be held.
