Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak signed the law "On elimination of negative impacts and prevent prosecution and punishment of persons in connection with the events that took place during the peaceful assembly" (amnesty), he told a press briefing today, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I signed a law today ... After all, people suffer, and deputies cannot find understanding, struggling for their ratings," he said.
