Districts courts of Kyiv have made a judgment on pre-trial restrictions for 64 suspects of mass disorders in Hrushevski street, spokesman of the Kyiv prosecutor's office Yana Sobolevska informed.

"Dniprovski, Obolonski, Podilski, Solomenski and Shevchenkovski districts courts of Kyiv have imposed home arrest on 14 suspects and accepted one personal recognizance. As for other 49 activists, detained on suspicion  of mass disorders, the courts have adopted the decision on custody," she stated.

In particular, Solomenksi court has arrested ten suspects, Svyatoshinski court - nine, Darnytski and Desnyanski - eight each, Holoseyevski - seven, Dniprovski - four, Obolonski, Podilski and Shevchenkovski districts courts - one each.

The prosecutor's office reminds that these activists are suspects of mass riots held in the center of the capital and attended by violence, arsons, armed resistance to law enforcements (part 2, article 294 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
