President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin instructed the government to fully implement the financial and energy agreements with Ukraine.
"I want to draw the government's attention to the need for enforcement of our agreements with Ukraine in the financial sector, I mean our loan agreement, and in the energy sector. I would ask the government to fully implement our agreements," Putin said.
