Speaker of Ukrainian Verkhovn Rada Volodymyr Rybak has announced a half an hour break in the work of the parliament, a ForUm's correspondent reports.
"Leaders of the parliamentary factions are invited in the speaker's office for which I announce a half an hour break. It has been a decision of factions' leaders," Rybak declared.
As reported, the speaker opened an extraordinary session of the parliament.
