Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak opened an extraordinary session of Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
395 deputies registered in the session hall.
Then the deputies observed a minute of silence in memory of those killed during the mass protests
As earlier reported, President Viktor Yanukovych offered chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak to consider the situation in the country at the extraordinary session of Parliament.
