Courts impose pre-trial restraint on 26 rioters in Hrushevsky Street

Currently, the Kyiv courts have imposed a pre-trial restraint on 26 suspects in criminal proceedings against riots in the Hrushevsky Street in Kyiv, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv reports.

In particular, yesterday the capital courts examined a petition for preventive measure of pretrial detention for 16 suspects in mass riots.

The Kyiv courts of first instance adopted a decision to detain 11 radical members of confrontation in the capital. A home arrest was imposed on other five participants.
