Parliament's decision to ban the movement in transport columns consisting of more than 5 cars was made in the interests of all road users, Party pf Regions MP Vadym Kolesnichenko told a press conference, a ForUm's correspondent reports.
" We believe that five cars could be outrun," he said.
According to MP, coordination of transport column movement with the Interior Ministry will be beneficial to all road users.
