Spring will come to Ukraine on time

Spring will come to Ukraine on time, head of the department for climate research and long-term weather forecasts of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Institute Vazira Martazinova told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We do not expect catastrophic phenomena like the long winter in March. We expect mostly warm processes in March and April and sharp cold snap only on certain days," she said.

According to Martazinova, the cold snap may occur at the end of April, but in total, spring will be warm.
