Parliament’s morning session opened

First vice-speaker Igor Kaletnyk opened the morning session of the Verkhovna Rada. 

As ForUm correspondent reports, 261 MP have registered in the hall. 

Kaletnyk said that it is impossible to discuss the bill on the state budget for 2014 in the blocked Parliament. 

"The state budget will be considered without discussion," he said. 

After that, he gave the floor to chairman of the budget committee Yevhen Heller.
