The Verkhovna Rada should adopt the state budget for the current year for one day, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said, opening the government’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Tomorrow the Verkhovna Rada should consider the draft budget for 2014 and adopt it. This is a budget of social stability and development of the state," the Prime Minister said.
Azarov also demanded members of the government to explain MPs the balance of the draft budget, "which can not be disturbed."
"There are more than three thousand amendments to the draft budget. It is necessary to convince the deputies that only the real budget will develop Ukraine," he said.
