The voting system, providing personal vote of deputies, is to start to work in 2014, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The National Academy of Sciences has almost designed a new system that will not allow voting for two. Every MP will vote for himself. The NAS will submit its calculations this month. Installation of a new system does not require large funds. In 2014, this system should start to work," he said.
According to the speaker, MPs already have a more responsible attitude to the personal voting.
