Electronic voting and counting "Rada- 3" system is completely worn out and needs to be replaced. For that, changes to the draft budget for 2014 should be introduced, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak said during conciliation board meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Rada- 3" system completely went through its term. In this regard, we instructed the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to conduct research work on the development of a system of new generation," Rybak said.
According to him, the new system must comply with all regulations and the existing legislation.
"So we need to provide for the funds for the NASU to design a new voting system," Rybak summed up.
