Ukraine's first president Leonid Kravchuk believes that Ukraine can consider the issue of changing the form of government, he said at the opening of the photo exhibition "Leonid Kravchuk: 80 years with Ukraine"
"If 20 years ago we had a question about the form of government in Ukraine, I had no doubt that it should be presidential or presidential-parliamentary. Because then we had to make decisions very quickly, we had no time for discussion and analytical studies. Now we can talk about the parliamentary-presidential state," Kravchuk explained.
According to him, it is necessary to find the right solution, and there are grounds to consider it.
