More than 100 million hryvnias will be allocated for external independent testing (EIT) in 2014, science and education minister of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The external independent testing will be fully financed. The government will allocate over 100 million UAH," Tabachnyk said.
In addition, according to him, the part of money saved from the EIT-2013 was transferred to higher education institutions to pay utility services: electricity, heat and water.
