Science and education minister of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk believes that students can participate in mass actions only in their spare time, he told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The Ministry has always taken this position: there are 24 hours in a day, and the curriculum should be executed. It takes only 6-8 hours a day, so students have 16-18 hours for love, library, gym and free will," he said.
At the same time, Tabachnyk believes that radical student activists do not encourage students to participate in the protests.
