This year, Ukraine will start building a synthesis gas plant, energy and coal industry minister Eduard Stavytsky told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This year, somewhere in September, we will lay the foundation," he said.
According to the minister, the price for this gas will be about 225-230 dollars for one thousand cubic meters.
