Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych wished welfare to residents of Kirovohrad and its region on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the regional center from the Nazi invaders, the press office of the Head of State reports.
"I wish you all good health, prosperity, success and new achievements for the prosperity of the region and Ukraine," a statement says.
Yanukovych thanked the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War for their deeds at fronts and hard work during the post-war times.
