Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov expressed condolences to the deputy culture minister Tymofiy Kokhan over death of his father Hryhoriy Kokhan, outstanding Ukrainian film director, screenwriter and people's artist of Ukraine , laureate of the Dovzhenko State Prize of Ukraine.
"Creativity of Hryhoriy Kokhan was a worthy contribution to the development of national culture. We feel respect for his achievements in preparation and training of young filmmakers of Ukraine. Fond memory of his good deeds will remain forever in the hearts of future genrations. I express my sincere condolences to you and your family," Azarov said.
