Pechersk District Court of Kyiv put off hearing of the case on charges of lawyer of ex-PM Yulia Tymoshenko Serhiy Vlasenko of beating his ex-wife Natalia Okunska.
The court decided to grant the petition of the accused Vlasenko relative to the attraction to the trial of his defending lawyer Hanna Boriak.
As she was absent at the hearing, it is adjourned till January 10, 2014.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine notified Serhiy Vlasenko about suspicions of committing a crime - inflicting minor bodily harm and violence against his ex-wife Natalia Okunska.
