The Cabinet of Ministers ordered to create information system of electronic appeals for citizens.
According to the Government Decree of 25 December 2013, in particular, this system shall provide an opportunity of addressing the executive and local authorities in the form of electronic documents, while ensuring operational control over consideration of appeals by the citizens themselves.
Creation, maintenance and operation of the system shall provided by the State Agency for Science, Innovation and Information. System administrator was assigned to a state enterprise, subject to the Agency.
Terms of creation of the system and amount of available funding is not reflected.
