President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed the law, which provides for criminal liability for raiding, in particular the seizure of buildings and facilities, which led to the disruption of normal operation of enterprises. As reported on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada, the document was signed by the Head of State on December 27.

Parliament introduced to the Criminal Code the articles establishing that the seizure of buildings and facilities of enterprises, which leads to disruption of the normal operation of enterprises, shall be punishable by imprisonment for up to two years, subject to prior agreement by a group of persons - for a period of 2 to 5 years, and if these acts are committed with the participation of employees of private security firms, or are associated with life-threatening health and violence and caused grave consequences - for a period of 5 to 10 years .

In addition, the law provides for ordering the system of reorganization and liquidation of legal entities.
